Nearly two-thirds (63 percent) of companies today have remote workers according to the Future Workforce Report conducted by Upwork. In 2017 alone, 66 million trips were taken last year for project-based purposes, representing 12 percent of all U.S. business trips and 19 percent of all U.S. business trips taken for transient purposes. Looking at the big picture, corporate travelers take more than 480 million business trips according to the Global Business Travel Association.

According to a survey by American Express Business Travelers, 45 percent of travelers are stressed out before they get to the airport. Research from a June 2012 by AirPlus International in partnership with Business Travel Market found that a a traveler's performance can be lowered by as much as 20 percent when traveling across time zones. One of the most negative aspects along with most difficult to overcome according to participants in a July 2009 Priority Pass survey is jet lag.

Business travel along with remote work comes with a set of unique circumstances and environments. From non-ideal food choices, chaotic airports, inconsistent levels of food quality, and unexpected obstacles—the conditions aren't stacked in your favor. However, you can't afford to have your employees feeling sluggish, stressed-out, and foggy. This results in lower performance across the board along with a decreased representation of your company.

With that said, business travel and working remotely isn't going anywhere. In fact, it's only going to increase. However, in this training, I'll systematically guide and equip your team with effective and practical strategies to stay healthy, sane, and ready to perform at a high level right out of the gate.
