8: The Number One Step to Take When You Want to Optimize Your Health and Maximize Longevity

Welcome to episode 8 of Optimal Health For Busy Entrepreneurs.

If you’re anything like me, odds are, you can easily become impatient and frustrated with others (and yourself).

When it comes to optimizing your health and maximizing longevity, there are many tools and tactics out there.

For instance, if you’re building a longevity program out, things such as senescent cells, mTOR inhibition & AMPK activation, NAD, and Telomeres must be factored into the program.

However, with that said, many people will immediately rush to purchasing supplements and modalities for these things but forget the fundamental step that’s a necessity beforehand.

I’m excited to share this episode because I’m going to share 5 magic words that entrepreneurs and top performers must implement and practice before doing anything else when it comes to optimal health and maximal longevity.

6: The Genetics of Health With Dr. Sharad Paul

Welcome to episode 6 of Optimal Health For Busy Entrepreneurs.

I reached out to today’s guest, Dr. Sharad Paul after I read his wonderful book, The Genetics of Health: Understand Your Genes For Better Health.

I’m excited to share this conversation because not only is Dr. Paul one of the wisest people I know, he also does a masterful job of introducing the importance of genetics and epigenetics along with skin health in this conversation.

Dr. Paul is a skin cancer surgeon, academic, skincare expert, evolutionary biologist, author, storyteller, and social entrepreneur, as well as an adjunct professor at Auckland University of Technology (and this is barely scratching the surface). Born in England, with a childhood in India, he’s a global citizen located now in New Zealand. In 2008, he was featured in the international editions of Time and in 2015, was awarded the prestigious Ko Awatea International Excellence Award for Leading (Health) Improvement on a Global Scale.
