At the start of my fitness journey, I was shy, nerdy, quiet, lethargic, anxious, and lacked a competitive edge.
Tired of this and feeling like a change was needed, I turned to superheroes as a way to get me in the weight room and supercharge my energy, along with becoming a science nerd.
While a commitment to health & fitness transformed my 165-pound frame as a college freshman. It more importantly, provided me with some much-needed confidence and belief that I could could move and evolve at a fast pace in life which meant I could create anything I wanted out of life.
Moving on, over 10 years ago, my fascination with the human body, nutrition, sleep, and psychology started which led me to medical school and also obtaining a Masters in Biological & Physical Sciences. But, after one year, I decided to leave and pursue other endeavors. I'm now an Author, a Health & Fitness Consultant, and a Certified Nutrition & Sleep Science Coach.
I approach my craft in health and fitness the same way as an architect views his craft. I plan, design, and oversee the construction of an individuals goals so they can have more-than enough energy to dominate and enjoy the many pleasures of life.
