But, you’re also mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically exhausted which is causing you to fall short of becoming the best possible version of yourself.

If you follow the typical nutrition and diet advice in the popular media, you’ll likely feel confused and overwhelmed. If you pay attention to mainstream sleep advice along with the office chatter, you’ll most likely feel that resorting to medications is the necessary step to getting some much-needed rest.

We’re not only living in an epidemic when it comes to obesity and increasing health issues across the board. We’re also living in a sleep epidemic where we as a whole are sleeping 60-90 minutes less than we did 100 years ago.

With that said, I want to give you a simple but effective framework for making good food decisions for your body and helping you get consistent high-quality sleep.

To go deeper, I want to help you maximize your performance and impact in all facets of your life (or at least the ones you deem important). Whether you’re looking to maximize your performance and impact as a leader, parent, employee, or simply just improve your health—it all starts with sleep and nutrition.

I’m nutritionally agnostic and approach improving individuals sleep from a behavioral and cognitive standpoint before anything else.

As someone with over 10 years of involvement in health along with being a Certified Nutrition & Sleep Science Coach with a Masters in Biological & Physical Sciences, I combine my academic experience with my real-world applications through experience to create an effective model.
